The wi-fi enabled LUX geothermostat has a unique convertible design that that you can mount either horizontally or vertically and straight forward smudge that automate your heating and cooling.
The wifi-enabled Geo comes with a related app where you can control your thermostat on the go as well as set a seven day schedule, and a geofence radius that adjusts your home and away modes automatically if you happen to break free from your standard pattern.
But the Geo doesn't currently work with IFTTT or any voice-controlled platforms and it's Small digital display isn't in touchscreen.
You have to rely instead on the adjacent dial to make any changes.
Factor in that competing models are cropping up with similar pricing, smart home integrations, and modern hardware And the GEO starts to lose some of it's appeal.
Ultimately the GEO is a fine smart thermostat that's just a little behind the curve.
