This $2,500 electric range is worth the price
[MUSIC]
This $2500 [UNKNOWN] electric range is similar to a lot of products you'll see in the $2,000 and up category.
It has a stainless steel finish, a slat end design to show off your backslash And two convection fans in the oven cavity to bake your food more evenly.
But it's the ranges cooking performance that really makes this model stand out.
The Electrolux cooks food quickly and even.
It can boil a pot of water in about nine minutes, which is one of the faster boiling times we've seen in oven tests.
And the convection [UNKNOWN] in the oven are great at distributing heat in the oven cavity.
Which means sheets of refrigerated biscuits I baked were even in their brownness.
And the oven's roasting mode produced a Juicy chicken with a nice, crisp skin.
This Electrolux range has relatively few shortcomings.
The oven cavity is small, and it's easy to accidentally press a button on the control panel if you lean against the range.
But I still recommend this appliance for folks who are looking for a product with a professional-inspired exterior and high-quality, consistent cooking chops.
