It's an easy problem to solve. Put up stuff that is good to watch and has decent quality.

And keep those commercials away. Meh, Adblock Plus will hopefully handle that. :D

The commercials are a different department. They've already announced that they're coming and they're talking about a subscription fee system.

It's always fun trying to do one thing while multiple other groups within the organization are sabotaging your efforts.

They way youtube has it now really makes me livid.
Ok so now there are ads ontop of video commercials that have nothing to do with each other or the video I am watching.
Why should my visual experince be spammed twice with ads.
Either get rid of this adobe flash ads or video commercials.
I hardly use youtube but from this report fi they want me to use it like it was the old days of tv then yes GET RID OF FLASH PLAYER ADVERTISEMENTS! They are rude crude and impolite.

I disagree with alot of people who have commented. I like the way Hulu has the shows on line with ads. I don't have to pay the outlandish fees Amazon charges for a season. If YouTube worked their sight like Hulu it would really help. I watch Hulu at work at break and lunch, The problem I have is that I live WAY OUT in the sticks and do not have broad band. I need to start my YouTube video, pause it so it can load, and then watch. I can't do that with Hulu.
