I have started to create my own blog as well and I am encouraging my friends to participate as soon as it is up and running.
Republicans and Conservatives fall deeply into the "Silent Majority" camp. Getting them to open blogs and post is quite a challenge. Getting them to attend a rally or volunteer during an election cycle is almost impossible. Lets face it Republicans have jobs.
Through education and mass appeal I am certain conservative blogs will bring the masses to finally stand up and be counted. Dan-Blather Gate has proven that our influence can be felt. This is just the beginning.
