In science we set up an experiment to verify repeatability of a hypothesis but often end up with a new discovery. Instead of defending a thesis for a degree nowadays, some of us are forced to keep records of our own blogs timestamped and backed up. In my mother tongue Vista translates into chicken. If only the sky were really falling.. memories of unicode cooked up by DOS and terminated by 0D 0A instead of 0D 00 0A 00.. Makes me wonder about retail store video surveillance and the yellow press.

It?s a fact that spyware and malware degrade computer performance. Also spyware and malware have an intrinsic money making purpose. I don?t want Sony making money off of me at the expense of my electric bill and computing power.
The wiretapping program discussed in the article doesn?t use client side software, but hides in the middle of a transaction and retains information. There?s a big difference. Also, it?s arguable that there is a compelling governmental interest to perform these surveillance activities, hence justifying it.

NEVER EVER on innocent citizens! The ONLY "justification" is PROVEN Probable Cause and THEN the gov MUST go through Proper Channels (e.g.: legal proof the surveillance is necessary, warrents, etc.).

We need funds to advertise and to let the Congress and the Senate no what is happening from the policies they are creating such as the Patriot act and wiretaps and surveillance program. I have exhausted all of my funds trying to expose what the government is still involved in, innocent Americans need financial help to recover from what has happened to them the Congress needs to know that, they are a casualty of war with no way to recover the losses. I know they are real terrorist out there but this dragnet is not the way to cash them, innocent Americans are losing their homes and their businesses and there are on the verge of suicide I know that for a fact, please donate as much as he possibly can to help us thank you

Personally, I have nothing, but I do not want my tax paying dollars used to interfer with my personal email business. That is an envasion of privacy, and to me it just show's how Lazy the Gov. has gotten. Instead of investigating, they just say, "hey, I got an idea, lets just read everyones email, that way we don't even have to leave the office"," No ones going to find out", "Right", WRONG, we are the American watchdogs, and we have a right to make sure are Gov. is on the up & up. I personally want to remain the GOOD GUYS, we have to many bad guys, and now they are infiltrating our Gov. NO MORE FBI, NO MORE READING OF OUR EMAILS.
