Buy a DeLorean (of sorts) for a mere $5,500
Go back to the future on two wheels with a DeLorean bicycle made of shining stainless steel mixed with luminescent wheels and a dose of nostalgia.
It doesn't fly or go back in time, but it is a DeLorean.

When DeLoreans first went on sale in the early 1980s, they cost around $25,000. Buying a used one today will set you back about $50,000 due to their rarity and mechanical fickleness. Now you can pick up a DeLorean for just $5,500, but there is a catch. It's a bike.

(Credit: DeLorean)The DeLorean Bicycle is a collaboration between DeLorean Motor Company and Marc Moore, a cyclist and former DeLorean owner. In a nod to the famous car's construction, the bike's frame is made of stainless steel.
Several models will eventually be available, but right now your only choice is the DeLorean Anyday, which features a belt drive rather than an old-school chain. The wheels have a luminescent coating that appears to "turn on" when headlights shine on it.
DeLorean has not announced plans to release a bike-compatible flux capacitor or Mr. Fusion module, so you're on your own for inventing those. Maybe, if you pedal hard enough, you'll be able to make it back to the '80s and buy a real DeLorean car.
Should you cough up the thousands of dollars it would take to buy this bike, then you will have also purchased the right to tell everyone who will listen, "I own a DeLorean!" Just try to avoid any further questions after that.
