Many of you have probably not slept for wondering what Ashton Kutcher would do to Steve Jobs.
Entertainment Tonight, among others, has purloined the first clip from the movie.
It features Jobs and Steve Wozniak (played by Josh Gad) in the HP parking garage.
More Technically Incorrect
It's clear that Kutcher has worked hard on the timber of the voice. I'm sure he's spent many hours studying Jobs' mannerisms and quirks.
And yet I still find myself seeing as much of Ashton Kutcher here as I do of Jobs.
Perhaps that's inevitable when an actor as well known as Kutcher tries to play an icon like Jobs.
This is merely a one-minute clip, but I still wonder whether Kutcher will be able to express the true wiry, obsessive passion that the Apple co-founder embodied.
It's surely hard for Kutcher to rid himself of that large dollop of nice for which he's so liked.
It is, though, heart-warming to hear Wozniak suggest: "Nobody wants to buy a computer."
Of course, this is still true today. We're happy with just tablets and phones.
