Motorola may have entered its snazzy Razr V3x in the CTIA Emerging Technology Awards, but don't count on the phone coming to a carrier here anytime soon. Motorola confirmed today that while you can buy the phone in the United States, you won't see the UMTS phone sporting a Cingular logo. Sorry, folks.
