Short Take: UUNet WorldCom files suit against porn spammer

Internet service provider UUNet WorldCom has filed suit in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia against notorious spammer TCPS for allegedly violating its acceptable-use policy. UUNet said it has received more than 20,00 complaints about the unsolicited email sent from the porn marketer. The suit seeks an injunction against TCPS to prevent further unsolicited email.
