Apple Park's visitor center is now open for business

Today the visitor's center at Apple's new campus, Apple Park, is finally open to the public.

Inside a scale model of the Apple Campus, which is hooked up to an augmented reality system. If you point of Apple's special iPads at the model, digital images pop up on the screen to give you more information. 

Pretty slick.

Flip through the $200 coffee table book, "Designed by Apple in California."

Pick up a souvenir or two. Alongside the original campus store at Infinite Loop, it's one of the few places to pick up special Apple-branded gear like shirts and onesies. 

Understated is always on trend at Apple.

This store features swag with the loop design -- you can't get that anywhere else. 

Of course it's also a full Apple Store, so you've got your standard tables featuring all the latest devices.

As with any Apple store opening or product launch, the staff forms a greeting line and does a count down before the doors open.

And official visitor center visiting has begun.
