You're good enough, you're smart enough and doggone it, people like you! And if you don't buy that, Subliminal Flash 3.0 software, a veritable Stuart Smalley for the Digital Age, is here to make you a believer.

The idea, according to software maker Ded Pyhto, is that running subliminal messages on your PC while you engage in other computer-related tasks can help you boost your self-esteem, become more assertive, get richer, stop smoking and more. Imagine: one minute you're anonymously browsing Match.com, quaking at the thought of approaching someone new, the next you're reciting love sonnets to your long-time secret crush on the subway.

Validation seekers can choose from a list of more than 500 affirmations--or add their own. The company's site also has a self-help forum where people can share experiences and ask for advice.

Version 3.0 (click for download) has been out for a few months now, but somehow we only managed to get the (subliminal) message about the product now. It's free to try, $29.95 to buy.
