Utilities Updates: MacWasher; Animation Maker; Crescendo; more

MacWasher 1.0 has been released. It is for "cleaning up the history of your activities on a Macintosh computer. Many people do not realize that the Mac OS, browsers, and other programs store information about what they have been doing on their Macintosh and on the Internet. Anyone with access to your Mac can see this data." This program wipes it out.

Jerry's Finder 9 Patchhas been updated to version 1.2.

VSE Animation Maker 3.2.1 and Kids Animation Maker 1.1 are the latest versions of these utilities for creating animated GIF files. The updates fix some minor issues with Mac OS 9.

Injection 2.3 Pro is an update to this HTML tool. Pages are now equalized to display perfectly on any platform and are up to 30% smaller. Users can now add special tags to their pages to cause Injection to ignore unimportant information. The update also includes fixes for a few Mac OS 9 based problems and crash on load problems on the new iMacs.

Audion 1.2 is the latest version of this audio player. It adds stronger support for .M3U files, an improved shuffle mode,allows for streaming audio over a proxy server, doubles the granularity of the equalizer sliders, improves the volume slider, and more. Release notes are also online.

OpenUsing 1.5.2 is out.

Modem Puppet Show 2.4 has been released. It now includes three new scripts for the iMac Internal Modem and several scripts for the internal modem included with the B/W G3/G4s and several new Global Village scripts.

ListSTAR 2.0 upgrade is now available. The new version of StarNine's list server software includes native support for PowerPC, the ability to use secondary IP addresses, integrated ListSTAR Template scripts for easy script creation, and better compatibility with newer, PowerPC-native versions of AppleScript.

Sonnet Crescendo 1.4 adds support for Encore G4 cards and enhanced Mac OS 9 compatibility for Crescendo G3/NuBus cards.

Keyspan Digital Media Remote 1.2 is the latest driver software for this device.

3dfx Voodoo3 1.0 b9 and 3dfx Voodoo2 1.0b3 drivers are now available.

WebSTAR Server Suite 4.1fc1 is out.
