Utilities Updates: IPNetSentry; PrefsOverload; Switchback; No Wait Patch; Mulberry; FileGeek; iMOnTime; more

IPNetSentry 1.1.6 is a utility to protect against outside Internet intruders. This release adds the ability to prohibit logging of broadcast packets, which can occasionally fill a log file with unnecessary entries, especially if IPNetSentry is run on the same machine as IPNetRouter.

PrefsOverload 3.0b5 is a utility for managing the Preferences folder. This release uses a different method to collect file icons (which should fix several crashing errors), and because it is beta software, it includes an expiration date.

SwitchBack 3.4.1 is a file synchronization and backup utility. This update fixes several crashing bugs, includes minor interface enhancements, and has several changes to the shareware payment setup.

System 9.2.1 No Wait Patch 1.0 is designed to do only one thing: change the delay on the startup "Disk First Aid" dialog from two minutes (what were they thinking there?!) to 1/60th of a second. It is ONLY for MacOS 9.2.1.

Mulberry 2.1 is a scalable IMAP email client with SSL support. Changes include support for client-side filtering, a hierarchically indented message thread display, several additional display options, and the usual collection of bug fixes.

FileGeek 3.2 is a tool for viewing/editing file attributes. This update features an improved menu structure, and a notification for long-running tasks.

iMOnTime 1.1 is a reminder application with 1-time and complex repeating options. This update cleans up the preferences menu, when a snooze reminder is being edited, the title of the editing dialog no longer will contain garbage characters, and Snooze works on dates as well as times.

Applimac Clean Text 2.1 is a tool to strip text formatting, remove empty lines, and more. Changes include improvements to the straight quotes/curly quote replacement and double/single quote option.

Codec Calculator Lite 1.0 can calculate the free disk space size based on the duration and compression settings for a media clip. It also includes recommended compression settings for< various streaming speeds.

FastTrack Schedule 7.03 is out. No word on what has changed.

SoftTTY 1.3.1 is TTY software for communicating with the hearing impaired. This release fixes several memory bugs, and adds an auto-save feature so that conversations in progress are not lost if your computer crashes. Other changes include the Macro Key window and timeout duration.

Passenger 2.0.2 is a server account creation and password generation tool. This update now imports XML usernames properly, and it fixes a number of export related bugs.

Ghost Menu 1.1.0 makes the menu bar and control strip invisible. This update adds the ability to use a hot key to show/hide. 

Mac GPS Pro 2.7.6 enables Macintosh connectivity to Garmin GPS receivers. This update adds transfer of Geocaching waypoints in XML format, the Military Grid Reference System position format, and the Azimuthal Equidistant map projection.
