TIL article on installing from a CD and disabling extensions

Don't disable all extensions when installing from some CDs Apple TIL article #25001 reminds us that "Some third party applications or games ship on a hybrid CD-ROM/Audio CD. When installing these applications, the instructions might suggest turning off all extensions except the CD/DVD Driver. However, without all the necessary file access extensions enabled, the computer might give an error that the disc is unreadable." In particular, the following addition extensions should be enabled: Foreign File Access, UDF Volume Access, High Sierra File Access, Audio CD Access, and ISO 9660 File Access.
