SwitchRes 2.4 bug may lead to crash

After installing SwitchRes 2.4, Joachim Schaller found that StarWars Racer Episode I would crash with a Type 1 error just after changing the resolution. Reverting to the previous version of SwitchRes eliminated the problem. Stephane Madrau (author of SwitchRes) replies: "Some users do report this kind of error. I don't know what really happens, since this part hasn't changed, only the part where a display set is applied when you switch from one application to one other has been rewritten. It seems SwitchRes tries to apply the display set twice, once when launching the app, and once again because it thinks you switched from the Finder to the newly launched application. Unfortunately, I didn't see this bug myself while developing, and no beta tester reported any problem. I'm trying to correct it, of course, but I still have to see the bug on my own machine."
