Security Update 2006-008 Special Report: Problems accessing iDisk, publishing through iWeb
Several readers have reported problems accessing their .Mac iDisks after this update.
Users are also experiencing issues publishing through iWeb to their .Mac accounts, receiving the error message: "Publish failed due to a network error. Check your Internet connection and try again."
For some, these issues can be resolved by going to the .Mac pane of System Preferences and then deleting the username and password, then deleting the iDisk, restarting (or logging out and back in), then re-entering the information and re-mounting the iDisk.
