Preview "Target size" bug

Ken Landa discovered a glitch in Preview that we confirmed. To see it, do this:

1. Open an image file
2. Select to Export the file.
3. Choose JPEG as the Format.
4. Click the Options button.
5. Now try to enter a value in the "Target size" text box.

Ken writes: "You will see that rather than editing the target size value, you will actually be editing the File Name box in the "Save as" dialog. It therefore appears to be impossible to use the Target Size feature." You can view all of this in a QuickTime movie, if you wish.
