Conflict Catcher 9.0.1 serial problems Conflict Catcher may have problems handling old serial numbers stored in the product's preference file. Tom Johnson writes:

"I previously had Conflict Catcher 8.1 on my system. I installed the V9.0.1 downloaded update but the new serial numbe was not accepted. I had to Trash 'Conflict Catcher Prefs (8)', Restart with Space Bar down then re-enter my new serial number for Conflict Catcher to accept it."

10 GB iPod and Entourage contacts Mike Selman reports difficulty using the AppleScript for enabling transfer of contacts between Microsoft's Entourage and the iPod.

"Apple has a script that worked well with the old 10GB, but doesn't seem to work with the new one. The Apple Tech Support work around was to copy each Entourage address to a vCard and then dump them into the Contacts Folder when the iPod is mounted as a FireWire disk." (This can also be accomplished by simply selecting all contacts from the Address Book pane in Entourage and dragging them to a folder)
