iTools blocking legitimate mail MacFixIt reader Ed writes that his Apple iTools e-mail account is blocking legitimate messages from a mailing list:

"I've just discovered that the email service is filtering out messages from a mailing list I belong to. Both the sender and the receiver have no idea that the message never goes through. And if there is no other means of communications between the sender and receiver, there is NO method available to resolve the blockage. Once a blockage has been discovered (and not all will) the end user must post a message on a public discussion list detailing which server attempted to send the message.

Even if the information can be posted on the discussion list, there is time involved waiting for an administrator to notice the message and make a change."
