ObjectSupportLib Technote updated

Apple's Technote 1095 on ObjectSupportLib was updated last week. It still states: "With the release of Mac OS 8.0, version 1.2 of the Object Support Library is now integrated in the System file, and will be part of all future Mac OS System files. Any Object Support Library file found in the Extensions folder will be ignored and not loaded unless its version is newer than 1.2."

This appears to contradict many reports (here at MacFixIt and elsewhere) that the ObjectSupportLib file does cause problems, including system crashes, if it is installed in Mac OS 8.x System Folders.
