Regarding our coverage last time of problems printing form Netscape browsers:

Netscape tiny print outs Several readers noted a previously mentioned printing problem (largely restricted to Epson printers): Print outs of a page are much smaller (as little as 2" x 2") than they are supposed to be. The solution?: Disable Epson's "Fit to page if possible" option.

Reloading of page As to the problem, with the page reloading before it is printed, possibly leading to the wrong page being printed etc., several work-arounds and solutions were offered:

Jim Laurent found that if you select "Work Offline" from Communicator's File menu (or simply click on the "plug" icon in the lower left corner of the window), currently viewed pages can be printed without any problems. Reverse the process to start browsing again. Update: A couple of readers pointed out that this does not appear to work if you have Netscape's cache disabled. Also, graphics may not print.

Ted Thibodeau notes that, in most cases, you can continue browsing while printing a page if you select to open a new window rather than change pages in the window to be printed.

Sean Holmes claims that if you click the "Stop" button until it is dimmed, the page should print correctly.

Stephen Becker (author of WebPrint Plus 2.0) suggests using WebPrint as way to eliminate the reloading when printing.

Several readers noted that this problem also exists in Windows versions of Netscape browsers and has been around, even in Mac versions, for quite some time.
