John DeMillion notes (and we can confirm) that when you try to go the Microsoft Knowledge Base main page, you no longer wind up at the expected full-featured version of the page. Instead, you are routed to a Personal Support Center page "for those browsers that don't support JavaScript," even if your browser does support JavaScript. This happened to me both with Explorer and Communicator. Even if you try to go to the Knowledge Base from the link near the bottom of this Mactopia page, the same thing happens.
