FileMaker Pro 5.5v2 print glitch

There appears to be a problem printing page ranges from FileMaker Pro (it appears to be limited to FMP 5.5v2 and Mac OS X 10.1.3.) Bryan Porter writes:

"Attempting to print a range of pages will usually yield a single blank page. Printing all the pages works as expected. Selecting a page range beginning with page one will yield the first page printed and one or more additional blank pages. I am a member of the Apple Solution Experts and have been working with other ASEs and colleagues on FileMaker lists to confirm this. About a half dozen others have duplicated this problem. A couple have reported that they were able to successfully print page ranges but I have not confirmed the details of their tests. The problem seems to be hardware independent."
