CD-ROM Toolkit patch and Mac OS 8.1

As noted here previously, FWB released a CDT-Patch that fixes a problem using CD-ROM ToolKit when running Mac OS 8.x on a 68040 Mac. As pointed out by several readers, you cannot apply the patch when running Mac OS 8.1. If you have a copy of ToolKit that needs the patch and you have already installed 8.1, you will need to boot off of a disk running 8.0 in order to install the patch (install it by dragging the ToolKit extension to the CDT-Patch utility).
