Apple releases iPod Updater 2006-01-10

Apple has posted iPod Update 2006-01-10 to its Software Update servers and iPod Software download page.

The new release offers the following enhancements:

• Support for the iPod Radio Remote for iPod with video and iPod nano
• Bug fixes for iPod with video, iPod nano, iPod with color display, iPod mini, and iPod with Click Wheel

The updater requires Mac OS X 10.3.9 or higher and iTunes 6 or later.

iPod Updater 2006-01-10 contains the same software versions as iPod Updater 2005-11-17 for all other iPod models.

Again, the new release is available through Software Update, or as a standalone download.
