AirPort Extreme Update 2007-003 (#4): Problems installing
Some users are having problems getting the latest AirPort update to properly install.
Problems installing Some users have reported problems installing AirPort Extreme Update 2007-003 on supported systems.
MacFixIt reader Izhar Ashdot writes:
"I'm having problems installing the AirPort Extreme Update 2007-003 on my MacBook Core Duo 2.0, OS X 10.4.8.
"On the 3rd step, choosing a destination Hard drive, I get the red exclamation mark and the comment: 'You cannot install Airport Extreme Update 2007-003 on this volume. This volume does not meet the requirements for this update.'
Apple's release notes state that the update is recommended for "all Intel-based Macintosh computers and include."
