Short Take: Garage.com in domain name rights fight

In the latest spat over domain name rights, start-up venture capital firm Garage.com has sued a start-up incubator that uses a similar Net name. Palo Alto, Calif.-based Garage.com filed a lawsuit against GarageLatino.com in U.S. District Court in Delaware. The suit alleges that GarageLatino, a site that helps technology companies in Latin America set up shop, used the Garage name and trademark to "mislead, deceive and confuse consumers," according to court documents.
