- I thought it was called ?Buy It Now?. Any regular eBay user knows that the best price can often be had (especially if there are bunches of the same item) by searching ?Buy It Now? and ?Lowest Price First?. Many of the really good deals never make it to auction for just this reason.

- The shopping cart is new. As well as instant payment. It's more like a "traditional" online store where you shop and pay for all of your items at once. With "Buy Now", the seller still has to wait for the buyer to send payment and the buyer can only do one item at a time.
