Rafe finally got his wish--but that didn't mean he had to dump his old PC. In fact, he's come up with a way to use both machines to maximum effect on the same desk.

In a new report, the group charges that electronics manufacturers are failing to make sufficiently bold moves to cut energy usage. CNET News' Martin LaMonica has the story.
