Yesterday's show with guest host Alli went so well that we ask her to help us out again! Today we show off some beautiful fan artwork, run through outdated tech terminology, dispel "Batman 3" rumors about Megan Fox, and more!
We want to give a huge shout-out and thanks to Joe from Honolulu for sending us these two amazing woodcarvings of The 404! We're still blown away by the level of detail in the paintings and the ridiculous amount of time it probably took to make. Best of all, we love that it's a collaborative effort between two 404 fans: Blake Stevenson helped design our logo and Joe just took it to the next level. Cheers to both of you!
We're all a little worried about Chris Nolan's next "Batman" movie. We've been hearing a lot of rumors about the follow-up to last year's "Dark Knight," and even though we think Megan Fox is next level hot, we just can't imagine her as Catwoman. First of all, there are one thousand other characters in the Batman universe, why resurrect the same ones over and over? Let's see a Killer Croc! In other Megan Fox news, gamers will be excited to hear that she will be on Xbox Live on Saturday, August 29 @ 3 p.m. PT to play Gold Members in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen the Game. Cross your fingers and let us know if you actually play her!
Many more crazy stories from the Web in addition to an "Ask The 404" segment on today's show. Thanks for listening, all!

Of course, she brings her special Canadian goodies, like ketchup potato chips and Smarties, on to the show. Justin falls in love with her when he finds out that she has a bachelor's degree in printing! And she reveals that she was the one who actually coined the phrase "ear douching."
Why doesn't Wilson ever smile?
(Credit: Wilson G. Tang/CNET)On today's show, we touch on the iPhone OS 3.0 news. Mostly, Jeff takes credit for the shake-to-shuffle feature. While Wilson flips out over the new dock input/output features. We also speculate on the new iPhone revision this summer. Also, a really bad Chinese iPhone joke: Ping Guo i-Dian Hua San-Ge. Ask your Chinese friends what that means.
In other phone news, we get a little excited over Google Voice. Wilson was previously a Grand Central user, but may pick it back up now that Google Voice forwards SMS messages as well. Justin thinks about signing up for an account to call Debbie when she goes home to Canada.
Finally, a man gets shot while wearing a Joker costume. He was holding a shotgun. He wasn't shot for his lack of creativity. And in other shooting-related news, Sega breaks the record for most f-bombs in a video game for House of the Dead: Overkill. Apparently there are a 189 f-bombs.

A used Batmobile is better than none at all.
(Credit: eBay)The eBay auction ends Tuesday at 5 p.m. PDT for a Batmobile from the 1989 Batman movie. Supposedly this is one of the five made for the Michael Keaton/Jack Nicholson Batman and is being sold for the low, low starting price of $110,000.
As of this writing, there are no bids, but we still have a few hours to go. The seller comments that the "Batmobile 5 has been sitting in the 'Batcave' for almost five years now, and it is time for another Batman enthusiast to enjoy her as much as I have." This leaves me to speculate whether the thing actually runs, if it's just been collecting dust the last five years.
Apparently, you'll need to sign a contract with Warner Bros. if you want to buy it, which made me wonder just who was selling this thing. Luckily, Keaton seems to be still working so we can rule him out.
The 1989 Batmobile was somewhat cool for its time, but it has nothing on the Tumbler from The Dark Knight and Batman Begins. Too bad Bob Dullam has no plans to sell his masterpiece. Let's give him a few years though.
That "180mph" better not include the rocket boost.
(Credit: eBay)Warning: this Crave post may contain minor spoilers of the Dark Knight movie.
It is both a curse and a blessing that as an editor who reviews cell phones here at CNET, I have a tendency to notice mobile gadgets in almost every TV show and every movie I come across. And so it was with the recent Batman flick, the Dark Knight, that I noticed a very intriguing touch-screen handset that I've never seen before. Lucius Fox (played by Morgan Freeman) showed this slick-looking Nokia cell phone that was able to send sonar waves in 3D, letting him pull up a 3D sonar map of its location. Other blogs have noticed this phone as well, and have identified it as the yet-to-be-released Nokia Tube, which we have blogged about on Crave before. Of course, Nokia has mentioned that the phone seen in the film is not available commercially, but we can't help but speculate it's a taste of what's to come.
Some recent rumored spec lists have surfaced, hinting that the Nokia Tube will have a 3.2-megapixel camera, a wide-screen display, GPS, a 3.5 mm headset jack, Bluetooth, HSDPA, haptic feedback, and more. From what I could tell from its brief moments in the movie, the Nokia Tube looks like quite the slender device, and perhaps even smaller than the current iPhone. Of course, I can't tell a whole lot more from that, but perhaps this recent bout of fame means Nokia will spill the beans on the Tube sooner rather than later.
It's all the goods from the Crave blog. Bonnie "Boom-Cha" is back with Brian, and they talk about iPhone 3G, the new Dark Knight phone, and eco-clubbing. Plus, Brian goes off on all the Bluetools roaming the streets. You know who we're talking about. All this and more on this week's Crave vodcast.
We're trying to be more timely with our episode releases, but we'll see if it hold up.
This week I geek out on The Dark Knight and the Watchmen trailer. Seriously though, I want to have each of these thing's babies and I am not ashamed in saying that.
Also, Dong tries to make talking about the second-generation Drobo interesting. You can check to see if he succeeds (I help him).

UPDATED: NEW FAN MADE PIC
(Credit:

We aren't going to make a secret of it: Of all the superhero films out this year, we're most excited about The Dark Knight. Sure, Iron Man was excellent, but after the first outing of the re-imagined man of bats we have high hopes for Christopher Nolan's new movie.
As luck would have it, we just happened (ahem) to be at the British Grand Prix practice session Friday, and we nearly soiled ourselves when we saw the new Bat bike there. It had been casually parked up against the Panasonic Toyota F1 trailer--we can only assume that the man himself was either enjoying a cup of tea or beating the snot out of thieves in the car park.
