The online video service will soon test a new video identification technology with Time Warner and Walt Disney.

This is a form of censorship

because the ID system is not infalliable and can have false
positives and get rid of videos that are not copyright violations,
but happen to have a pattern like a commercial video.

Even with a commercial video, under the "fair use" clause of
copyright laws, a person can use part of the video for parody,
education, and non-profit use. This technology would prevent
"fair use" and thus take away the rights of Youtube members to
post and watch videos.
