Google came out with it like a year ago!
ExpertBee is collecting PayPal payments and not delivering promised services. Such conflicts cannot be disputed by the buyer because PayPal's usage policy prohibits disputes with transactions involving the purchase of intangible goods.
I called my local police dept today and made a report.
How can we try to prevent other people from getting scammed?
I think the key is to pick the highly rated experts. In any case, I think the scam would be the people answering your questions, not the website.
