XenSource, a start-up commercializing the open-source Xen virtualization software, said Thursday it has hired Gordon Mangione as senior vice president of product operations.
Mangione most recently was at Seattle-based venture capital firm Ignition Partners, but before that led Microsoft's Security Business and Technology Unit, where he oversaw security products. He also led the SQL Server and Exchange teams.
