Don't let parent's decide
Letting parents decide what's right for their children is the reason we have issues like this.

What is normally called "adult content" shouldn't be allowed period. If it's not suitable for our children, it's not suitable for us, period.

If you let the parents decide, and they decide anything goes for their children, their children will push it on their friends. It's at that point our parents are no longer in control, and the problem is there. That is the issue RIGHT NOW. Ban it in the states, block it in the pipes, no more problems. The internet is half sewage because of it anyway. No other filter will work.
