"Time for Visa Consumer Affairs" to start doing their job and step in; Once
Ouch,"It couldn't happen to me." We have all wondered just what kind of attention banks give to crdit card fraud. Well, doesn't this story leave them hanging on;lends six weeks of complaining for a charge back. While, letting the brass tax(deduction) do the wrap on the outside account. No case here!(It will never see 'Legal at Wells Fargo'"Pundent Immunity"(opinion not subject to change; I've got a receipt credit report to validate my position from a telephony data request; re:(compliance)

happened to me a year ago
except instead of mortgage information it was a computer with student loan information. otherwise the exact same story. they wouldn't be making things up to offer a sample of their protection program hoping susceptable clients agree to pay for the service once the trial runs out, would they?

So does this mean....
...that Well's Fargo will now Compensate those that they put at
risk of Identity theft. Considering the fact that just because they
acknowledge the fact that there system has been breeched is not
enough.

You see, if there were STIFF FINES that went along with what just
happened as well as some customer re-assurance that there
identities would never get stolen due to the delinquency of the
Network Administrators at Wells Fargo.

We all know that it's common for a Company like Well's Fargo to
just "blow off" this incident because -- well --- there's no real
reprocusion on there end. You see, people are still going to need
banking service and if Well's Fargo finds the need to up
percentages they'll just change there name and/or sell off the
entity.

There is one factor that still remains, someone was responsible
for letting this hacker in, someone should be out of a JOB!

Nobody Really Cares Anymore
The increasing frequency of data breaches has reached the point where the public is just numb from these kinds of reports, unless they are directly affected. The standard operating procedure of "We will provide free credit monotoring for a year" seems to absolve the careless of any real responsibility.
