My layman's understanding of the civil process is that Healthcare Advocates and Harding Earley are supposed to provide each other with all of the relevant documents or other information related to the issue under litigation. If Healthcare Advocates is implying they would have witheld the information about their early web site from Harding Earley then they put themselves in contempt of court and make themselves liable for countersuit...
