To get the online music business going we need services that can offer all music by all artists and labels.
The business model of the Russian service Allofmp3.com is an example for all other services. They somehow can offer all music without copy protections. You can choose format and bitrate and you pay per Mb. That's the way to go IMHO.
As far as I know this service is fully legal in Russia. I doubt if it is legal to use this service outside Russia.
If Richard Branson want's to lauch a killer service he should copy this Russian concept.
