Former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina recently came out with a memoir titled "Tough Choices."
Coincidentally, some tough choices have had to be made at her former company--because of a boardroom scandal--and other companies as well, most notably because of the backdating of stock options.
As she continued her book tour, Fiorina discussed all that and more in interviews at CNET Networks' offices in San Francisco.
