It's like Creative suing Apple!

If you can't beat'em, sue'em! Apple was responsible for bringing
gui and heirarchical menus to the market in the 80's, but somehow
Creative thinks they have a case. Same goes for Vonage and
Verizon. Vonage was one of the first to market with voip, and now
Verizon, the late comer is suing! All these cases do is show just
how screwed up our legal system is.
