The use of Cell Phones as a means of Tracking in the workplace is a Positive step in the right direction for employers. From a standpoint of employers keeping their eye on their employees, you must keep in mind when an employee is on Company time they really do not have full right to privacy. The same applies with the use of Company Computers during business hours. Company Computers are the exclusive property of the employer some people tend to forget this important issue. My experience in the workplace has demonstrated that most employees do try to comply with company rules and regulations when it comes to company Telephones and Computers. However, I have found that there is always a select few that abuse the Company Policies and Proceedures.
