Update to OpenOffice released

OpenOffice.org has launched a new version of its OpenOffice productivity suite. Version 1.1.1, available now for download, mainly fixes bugs from the 1.1 version released last year.

OpenOffice is a collection of productivity applications, including a word processor and spreadsheet, based on Sun Microsystems' StarOffice. The package has made notable inroads against Microsoft's dominant Office in the past year, particularly in government settings.
