Unisys buys security consulting firm

Unisys announced Tuesday that it has acquired Baesch Computer Consulting, which focuses on the military and U.S. intelligence markets. Unisys, a consulting company, is looking to pair its security consulting services with Baesch's offerings. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Baesch acquisition is just the latest move by Unisys to expand. Unisys recently acquired KPMG consultants in Belgium, as well as that company's Optimum subsidiaries and K Consulting of Spain, which was formerly KPMG Consulting Spain. Unisys also recently bought the assets of e-Presence's security and identity management services business.
