- I've been in contact with UPS trying to get a package delivery stopped/redirected over the past few days on a ground shipment, and they were telling me about this service. Apparently it is for shippers only and has a $10 fee. Needless to say I was unsuccessful with rerouting the package that was being delivered to me.

- Intercepted and stolen?
- I hope they do something to authenticate who is calling in to have the package redirected. It seems like this could be an ideal way to have things stolen right in the delivery process. A person finds out about an expected delivery and puts in a request to have it redirected to some third party group instead. Perfect for identity theft.
