Two Intel execs leave chipmaker

Two Intel executives, the head of the company's investment arm and a communications executive, are leaving to pursue other interests, the chipmaker Intel announced late Wednesday. John H.F. Miner, named president of Intel Capital in 2003, will leave on June 1, and senior vice president Arvind Sodhani will assume the position immediately. Miner headed product groups for communications, enterprise servers and desktop motherboards.

Pam Pollace, vice president of the corporate communications group, will leave on May 1. Pollace led Intel's corporate marketing from 2000 to 2004. Eric Kim, head of Intel marketing, will take on some of Pollace's responsibilities.
