This story trys to say that this person used the net to actually do something. When the water came in, it knocked everything out. NO COMPUTERS. Come on. It is interesting that the thing that actually happened, happened as a phone call. The use of computers or the net has absolutely nothing to do with this thing. CNET could have atleast picked someone that was "actually" able to use the net to find someone.
