instead of on a solid customer base. But then, that's always has
been TiVo's problem. From the beginning, TiVo has lost money for
each new customer, with the hope to make it up on volume????
That seems to have always been the recipe for disaster.
Even if TiVo wins this case, they still are a loser with a reasonably
good product. What TiVo could really use is reasonably good
management.
