.... TiVo can't figure put any way to make money before new
technology and services wipe out its market.

TiVo looks to become another Netscape. It is a mistake to have a business based on one product. They should take a leaf out of Apples book and bring out a completly different but still related product ASAP. (TiVo Portable? TiVo TVs?)
