- Cheating is rampant in China...bribes are generally needed to get into the best universities...a chinese student will simply say, "too many people"...4MM + graduates in 2007 but there are only 2.5 MM decent jobs for these students...and the education quality is slipping...many want to go overseas to improve their chances...not a pretty picture.
