Heather Harde has been named CEO of TechCrunch, the blog site started by tech entrepreneur
Michael Arrington. Harde has been senior vice president of mergers and acquisitions at Fox Interactive Media.
She will officially become TechCrunch CEO at the end of March, according to Arrington's blog. Arrington wrote in his blog on Saturday that Harde's takeover of the business aspects of TechCrunch will give him more time to focus on editorial development.
