Tablus seals Indigo acquisition

Tablus announced Monday that it has closed its acquisition of Indigo Security in a deal designed to help the security software company enter the government and health care markets. Tablus develops technologies to help its customers identify, audit and prevent violations of information security policies.

The deal will also help Tablus expand its presence in the high-tech, life sciences and financial-services markets. Indigo is a developer of confidential information protection technologies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
